New Orleans is the spiritual home of Jazz. Since the advent of Hurricane Katrina on the last weekend of August 2005, New Orleans has been devastated. Two artists, Theresa Jones and Bob Graham had been painting the street musicians in the French Quarter in the months prior to Katrina. Their aim: to capture the vivacious and cultural heart of New Orleans Jazz Musicians, in pictorial form, Art. Since the devastation, theirs is an impression of the New Orleans as it was.
